Base pay range: $57,000.00/hr - $65,000.00/hr

Mobile Response Stabilization Service (MRSS) is a rapid mobile response and stabilization service for young people who are experiencing significant behavioral or emotional distress and their families. MRSS is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is delivered face‑to‑face at the young person’s home, school, local Emergency Department (ED), or another location in the community. The purpose of MRSS is to help youth and families build needed skills to ensure that future distress is less frequent and less intense.

MRSS consists of a series of three stages: triage and screening, mobile response, and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality, compassionate, and ethical treatment to clients in need of crisis stabilization
  • Assess and manage safety and risk on an ongoing basis and adjust level of care and recommendations as needed
  • Support program development through community partnerships and trainings
  • Complete and maintain clinical documentation within agency set time frames
  • Manage case data through MRSS Data Management System
  • Participate in interdisciplinary clinical/administrative team meetings
  • Provide initial and follow-up crisis response within scope of practice
  • Readiness to respond to clients in both office and community settings
  • Collaborate with all Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) and Emergency Services (ES) team members to define and achieve treatment goals
Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Current licensure (CT, SWT, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) by the appropriate body in the state of Ohio and shall practice only within the scope of their licensure.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
