Minimum Qualifications- Completion of Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant Training Program
- Certified and Current Licensure by State of Ohio
- Ohio DEA License
- State of Ohio and National Certification
- Current CPR certification
Physician office experience preferred.
Physical and Environmental DemandsSitting, standing, keyboard use, lifting, stooping, flexible scheduling, adaptability to changing environment. Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination. Walking and standing for extensive periods. Hearing and vision corrected to normal. May involve exposure to communicable diseases and body fluids.
