MEP Construction Project Manager

Description: This specific project will be located on‑site in Erie, PA. Willing to take someone in Ohio within 2 hours of Erie, PA or local resource in Pennsylvania.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage project of similar size of $100M +
• Maintain good supplier and contractor relationships
• 50/50 office and on‑site responsibilities
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent, and report to Project Executive
• Maintain budgets while on project
• Will be responsible for overseeing and executing on the mechanical engineering and construction side of project
• Salary role and can exceed 40 hours a week
• Knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam in the MEP realm

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

• 4‑year degree in AEC field or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years project management experience specific to mechanical construction or design
• Knowledge of project management and estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Autodesk

Nice To Have:

• Experience with projects of $50M+ in size
• PE license is a plus
