Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician
Location: Situated in Northeast Ohio, covers 26 miles of beautiful Lake Erie shoreline and is home to the Grand River Valley, Ohio's Wine Country. Over two dozen wineries throughout the region feature fine wines produced from vineyards that grow 50% of Ohio's grapes. Discover 19 covered bridges, 4 scenic rivers, 2 state parks and some of the best steelhead, walleye and perch fishing in the country.

Facility: A comprehensive healthcare facility that provides a variety of medical services, including emergency care, inpatient and outpatient services, and specialized programs in areas such as cardiology, orthopedics, and women's health.

Opportunity:

• 2 practice locations currently open:
  - Mix of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine:
  Experience/training in Sports Medicine is preferred. 24-30 patients/day. Half FM/ half sports. Includes Guided ultrasound injections, treating concussions, plain X-ray on site.
  - Traditional Family Medicine practice:
  Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
• Full-time negotiable schedule, depending upon the practice and current staffing
• On call 3-4 days per month
• 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
• 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
• Practice Population:
  Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
• Emergency Supplies Available:
  Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
• Lab onsite
• X-Ray onsite
• EMR - EPIC
• Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
• Open to upcoming 2025 graduates (not accepting 2026+ graduates)
• Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program

Compensation:

• Salary range: to be discussed at interview).
• 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview)
