Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to deliver quality care in a busy clinic setting. This role emphasizes patient-centered services without the demands of hospital or call coverage, offering a balanced work-life environment. The clinic includes a team of three MDs and one Advanced Practice Clinician, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Flexibility in start and stop times allows you to tailor your workday, with occasional travel home for brief weekends.
Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Proven clinical experience delivering comprehensive primary care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
- Experience in outpatient primary care settings
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations
- Prior experience in a clinic with multiple providers
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in Family Medicine or primary care settings
- Current state medical license and DEA certification
- Willingness to travel occasionally for clinic coverage or staff meetings
- Licensure, certification, and any applicable travel reimbursements provided
- Valid state medical license and malpractice insurance
