Candidate Source is hiring dedicated Warehouse Receivers to join a fast-paced apparel distribution facility in Ashland. If you have experience unloading trucks, working on a conveyor line, or thriving in a high-volume warehouse environment, this is a great opportunity to get steady hours and build a long-term career.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What You Will Do:

• Unload & Move: Unload inbound containers of boxed apparel (15–55 lbs each) and keep the freight moving smoothly onto the conveyor systems.

• Sort & Stage: Verify counts, check for damaged boxes, and sort products by type and location.

• Operate Equipment: Safely use manual pallet jacks to move materials and wrap/stage pallets for the storage areas.

• Team Support: Jump in to help with general warehouse duties, including order picking during busy peak periods.

What You Must Have:

• Physical Stamina: This is a highly active role. You must be comfortable repeatedly lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and standing throughout an 8-hour shift.

• Hustle & Accuracy: The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without losing track of your counts.

• Reliability: You must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation to Ashland, VA.

Bonus Points (Not Required!):

• Previous experience in receiving, lumping, or unloading freight.

• Familiarity with using RF Scanners.
