• Visit 4+ job sites each day to complete small, detailed surface repairs.
• Apply your creativity to fix damage in apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and construction sites.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring high-quality repair results.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with property staff, tenants, and customers.
• Document progress using our CRM/Dispatch system.
• Contact our Support Team whenever you have questions or need assistance.

• Learn and master our unique 5-step repair process.
• Become proficient with your custom-made toolkit and materials.
• Use your eye for color and detail to deliver flawless, long-lasting repairs.
• Think creatively to solve unique repair challenges — no two jobs are the same!

• Experience with Paint or Color Work: This could be interior/exterior painting or visual arts — your eye for color and paint application is key to the repair process.
• Hands-On Background: Experience in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, or another hands-on trade is helpful (personal hobbies count too!).
