Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
Provide a high level of service and accuracy to internal and external customers in the preparation of sales proposals and order placement throughout the order lifecycle, from quoting to project closing. This sales support role is responsible for coordinating all sales activities related to the company's product and service offerings, ensuring total customer satisfaction on orders not assigned to a Project Manager.
Key ResponsibilitiesA minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination, project support, or purchasing is required; furniture industry experience is desirable. A high school diploma or GED is required; a 4-year college degree is a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
