This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Builder at our facility in Ashland, VA. The Machine Builder will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, assembling machinery, utilizing hand and power tools, and interacting with mechanical components to construct, repair, and maintain equipment according to specifications. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and collaborating with the team to ensure excellent product quality and function.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure accuracy in assembly.
• Skill in the use of hand tools and power tools, with a focus on precision and safety.
• Familiarity with machinery operation and maintenance, including mechanical assembly techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Previous experience in machine building, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in relevant fields are a plus.
