The Manufacturing General Manager will lead a 215,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing and warehousing operation spanning two plants on a single campus. This flagship site produces configured-to-order, highly complex, and custom-engineered products that represent the world’s finest luxury motorized shading solutions—blending precision engineering, craftsmanship, and innovation to transform the way people experience light in their spaces. As the senior leader for the site, the GM drives a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and talent development.

This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire teams, optimize operations, and set the strategic direction needed to sustain and grow the company’s leadership position in the luxury shading market.
