Title: Physical Therapist Assistant

Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You are a healer and a helper, and you see patients as individuals. Your goal is to execute a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities.

You are adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and settings. You will collaborate with peers and refer to others as needed to help patients thrive. Being a PTA means putting patients first and ensuring patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
