Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial solar construction. This individual will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline, while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee commercial solar construction projects from planning to closeout.
- Coordinate project activities with subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and project progress.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving concerns.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation (contracts, permits, technical specs).
Required Qualifications:
- Proven Project Management experience in commercial solar construction (MUST HAVE).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required.
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (DOE)
