Full-Time Dealership Specialist for our Body Shop.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (flexible)
- Pay: $/hr. (DOE)
- Location: Lithia Ford of Roseburg - 1650 NE Stephens

Dealership Specialist (Bodyshop Specialist I) is the key link between the Bodyshop and Dealership Accounting. This position focuses on body shop and body shop accounting functions that support the operations of the Body Shop. This is a customer-facing position that supports the administrative function of the Body Shop. This is a great entry point into an administrative or accounting career.

Answer incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
Greet customers.
Receive payments made by cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts.
Assist Body Shop Manager and Estimators on the collection of outstanding Body Shop Accounts Receivables.
Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted.
Close all Repair Orders.
May assist Body Shop Manager with Technician Payroll and Work in Process Balancing.
May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software.
Scan file contents into Body Shop management software.
Other duties as assigned.
