Position Summary:

Since 1961, the Wellborn family has owned and operated Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. The goal is to provide kitchen and bath cabinets crafted by dedicated Wellborn employees with the utmost quality and care. Today, over 55 years later, the product line has broadened to include cabinetry and storage solutions to help maximize the total home living space. Our company is fortunate enough to be growing in sales which requires our plant to expand.

Wellborn Cabinet has a construction crew on site to help the process of growing continuously.

The incumbent in this position supports the activities and responsibilities of the Fabrication Department.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education and Experience

• Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing and time management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and timely completion of tasks.
• High school diploma and GED
• No experience is necessary as we offer on the job training

Scope and Impact:

Position has recurring work situations that involve having a high attention to detail and service results. It is important that Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. Safety protocols be followed as a guide for operational direction. Failing to follow prescribed guidelines will waste resources and adversely impact performance.

Employee is subject to outside and inside environmental conditions, outside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.

Must be able to endure the extreme heat of summer weather.

• Drive company equipment
• Guaranteed 40 hours a week even if weather is bad.
