Kingston of Ashland is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) / State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. • Provide daily care and assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered support that promotes dignity and independence
• Document care provided and report health changes to nursing staff
• Follow individualized care plans in collaboration with nurses and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Engage residents with respect, empathy, and companionship

• Active CNA or STNA certification in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care a plus (training available)
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused
• Strong communication and attention to detail
