• Lead and mentor a team of nurses, LPNs, and nursing assistants
• Oversee and update individualized resident care plans to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Support compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control, and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care
• Communicate openly with residents and families to build trust and provide updates
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred (Charge Nurse or similar role counts)
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior care background a plus
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
