• Base rate: $15.00–$16.80 per hour, based on experience.

• Shift differentials: $1.75 for evenings, $1.50 for nights, $1.00 for weekends.

• Full‑time and part‑time positions available (4, 8, or 12 hour shifts).

• Record pertinent information in residents’ records: EMR, restorative care, food intake, behavior notes, etc.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with safety policies.
• Perform daily tasks following infection control and standard precautions.
• Ambulate residents per individual plans of care.
• Assist and transport residents to meals, activities, and therapy sessions.
• Assist with meals, bathing, dressing, cueing, and oral care.
• Perform ROM exercises and restorative programs.
• Provide water, ice, and nourishment as needed.
• Record weight, temperature, fluid intake/output, vital signs, and other data.
• Ensure bedpans, urinals, and collection hats are stored per policy.
• Participate in facility committees, including QA/PI.
• Perform all duties in accordance with CNA certification.

• Must be a registered Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Work permit required if under 18 years old.
• Onsite presence required.
