Kingston of Ashland is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) with an interest or experience in respiratory care, ventilator support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. Responsibilities- Provide respiratory‑focused nursing care, including tracheostomy support
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely and accurately
- Monitor changes in respiratory status and respond promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with respiratory therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure high standards of care
- Promote a safe, healing environment for residents and families
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Experience in respiratory or ventilator care preferred (training provided)
- Skilled Nursing, Long‑Term Care, or Rehab experience a plus
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and leadership skills
