Bag Machine Operator 2nd Shift

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bag Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. As a key member of our production floor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bag lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving productivity.

As a Bag Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining the bag lines to safety, efficiency, and quality standards. Your duties will include:

• Operating and maintaining bag machines and supporting equipment according to product specifications
• Troubleshooting and making repairs as directed
• Supplying raw materials to the production floor, packing finished goods, and lifting boxes of materials
• Ensuring quality standards are upheld and reporting suspect or defective products
• Assisting with printing and supplying correct parts labels
• Making tape splices at the bag machine packing station

• High School Diploma
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read measuring tapes and product specifications with mechanical aptitude
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight limit] and work in a fast-paced environment
