Probe Assembly 2nd Shift

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Probe Assembler. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our facility's safety, quality, and productivity standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pallet jack/tow motor experience preferred
• Specific skills: time management, attention to detail
• Equipment & machinery:
  Pallet jack/tow motor certification, RF scanners
• Computer experience & software: basic computer skills, Oracle/WMS knowledge preferred

• Set up and operate the probe assembly station and supporting equipment according to product specifications
• Inspect and pack tubes, ensuring quality standards are met
• Apply raw tubes to probe caps by hand, aligning with quality specifications
• Accurately count box contents, label products, and place completed products on pallets
• Collaborate with the film/tube department to move products to the warehouse drop area
• Report suspect or defective products to the Shift Leader for review and decision
