--0 [Kitchen Manager] As a Culinary Services Supervisor at Brethren Care Village, you'll:
Provide high quality food service to residents, visitors and employees;
Be responsible for day to day operations and supervision of the Dining Services Department;
Assure that the Dining Services department is maintained in a clean, safe, cost effective and sanitary manner;
Assure that stock levels of staple/non-staple food, supplies, equipment, etc. are maintained at adequate levels at all times;
Schedule department work hours (including vacation and holiday), work assignments.
