Our Ashland location was established in 2004 to meet the needs of the active community of Ashland, MA. This is the original location where company president James Casady began treating and operating all business procedures over 20 years ago when he wanted to find a way to provide top physical therapy care without the pressures that lead to burnout. Located right off Route 135 at the 5K mark of the Boston Marathon, this location serves families across the lifespan.

Our physical therapists here offer services such as dry needling, blood flow restriction, lymphedema therapy, and pelvic floor physical therapy which highlights the diversity of clinical skills that we foster in our therapists. We prioritize our team's wellbeing over all else, so we offer flexible weekday schedules without double bookings, generous continuing education reimbursement, monthly staff meetings for case and research reviews, close relationships with company leadership, and an emphasis on maintaining a locally owned small business culture in all our locations.
