• Lead and supervise teachers to create unique classroom experiences, develop "best in class" educators.
• Ensure effective operation; maintain licensing, safety, educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide best care and education.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children at sites.

• At least one year of teaching experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Love for children and strong desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff; create dynamic environment where play and discovery are integrated.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift minimum 40 lbs, work indoors/outdoors; able to assume low Postures.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English for communication with children and parents.

Range of pay: $23.50 - $28.20 hourly.
