INTRODUCTION

JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS
The RJ Case Manager Specialist I shall provide case management services with referred individuals and their families while also implementing appropriate restorative justice practices.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE FOR THIS ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field, can be within four (4) months/one semester of obtaining degree; up to three (3) years of experience. Interest in working with justice-involved and disenfranchised populations is highly desired. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in written reports/business correspondence are required. Effective oral communication skills to include demonstrated ability of public speaking or presentations to groups.
Proficient with MS Office software.
