The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will help guide our customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty will provide the necessary training—your passion and personality are what matter most!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

This role involves physical activities such as standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It may also include working around moving parts, carts, or chemicals.
