Compensation

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Hourly wage: $16.5 - $21 per hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
