Residents receive individualized treatment plans to meet their personal needs. A professional team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists, nurses, and teachers serve hundreds of children and adolescents annually with the common goal of treating trauma and building resilience.

- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines.
- Ensure food safety standards are met during food handling and preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with dietary staff to plan menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents.
- Support the dietary department in inventory management and food ordering.
- Provide excellent service during meal times, ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.
- Assist with meal preparation tasks as needed.
- Follow all health regulations and company policies regarding food service.

- Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and dietary guidelines.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and residents.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be the age of 21 years old or over.
- This role requires a successful background check, fingerprinting and employment verification.
