The CT Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician and for day‑to‑day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.

What you will do in this role:

• Provide patient‑centered care:
  Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care for diverse patient populations served in the department.
• Apply developmental knowledge:
  Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development across the life span and possess the ability to assess patient data reflective of age‑specific needs.
• Patient education:
  Assess the patient’s and family’s ability to learn and incorporate teaching throughout the entire CT procedure process.
• Deliver compassionate care:
  Deliver compassionate, holistic care while consistently supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education:
  
  Must be a graduate of an accredited 24‑month Radiological Technology Program.
• Experience:
  
  1–3 years of minimum CT experience is required.
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, current.
  • ARRT registered with CT Certification (or acquired within 6 months of hire).

Tri Star Ashland City is a critical access hospital offering a broad spectrum of inpatient and outpatient services to the Cheatham County area. Specially trained emergency medicine physicians and nurses provide 24/7 emergency care on‑site. Tri Star physicians of all medical specialties are on immediate call for emergencies.
