The Warranty Paying Representative will manage warranty claims for all A.O. Smith brands and other related warranty department functions. The incumbent will assist and communicate with internal and external customers regarding warranty credit procedures.

• Manage warranty claims for all A.O. Smith brands.
• Assist and communicate with internal and external customers regarding warranty credit procedures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve warranty queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of warranty activities.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year(s) of related work experience.
• Knowledge of all warranty policies and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and analyzing skills.
• Ability to coordinate and organize tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment.

High School Diploma or GED.
