Temporary Assessor - Plumbing

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Assessor in Plumbing to support the delivery of synoptic assessments.

This role involves the assessment of synoptic assessment only for Level 2 and Level 3 Plumbing learners. The successful candidate will assess learners' practical and theoretical performance in line with awarding body requirements and complete all associated documentation accurately.

• Assess Level 2 and Level 3 Plumbing learners undertaking synoptic assessments
• Apply assessment processes in line with City & Guilds 8202 requirements
• Complete assessment paperwork and reports to a high standard
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to learners
• Maintain accurate IT-based records

• Previous experience and sound understanding of City & Guilds 8202 Level 2 & 3 Plumbing synoptic assessment processes
• Relevant industry experience within Plumbing
• Strong understanding of Level 2 and Level 3 Plumbing theory and practical tasks
• Good IT skills and report writing ability

• Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Plumbing
• Level 3 Assessing Qualification (e.g. CAVA or equivalent)

• 37 hours per week
• Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
