Joules Sales Assistant - Ashford Outlet (N111063)

Balance your schedule with an exciting part‑time position. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Sales Assistant to join our Ashford Outlet store on Saturdays from 16:00 to 20:00 (4 hours per week).

About the Role

The grass is greener at Joules! As a Sales Assistant you will create an amazing shopping experience by combining your expert knowledge of Joules products with a warm, welcoming customer‑service approach. You will focus on understanding the store’s targets and deliverables and shaping a shopping experience that is uniquely Joules. As part of the team you’ll help maintain retail operational standards on the shop floor and in back‑of‑house areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with shoppers.
• Help create a unique, enjoyable shopping experience that reflects the Joules brand.
• Maintain operational standards in the store, both on the shop floor and back‑of‑house.
• Work collaboratively as a team member, meeting store targets and deliverables.
• Adapt to flexible working arrangements as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver on store targets.
• Attention to detail and a passion for building retail potential.
• Experience in retail is a plus but not essential.
