The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates so store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 16 hours per week.

What it Takes

• Education - High School Diploma / equivalent preferred
• Retail Experience - At least one year of retail experience preferred
• Supervisor/Managerial Experience - No supervisory / management experience required
