Job summaryKent Music is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Guitar Teacher to join our teaching team. You will have the opportunity to teach in a range of settings, including one-to-one and small group sessions, as well as whole-class guitar and ukulele teaching in locals schools and Music Centres across Ashford, Swale, Folkestone and Hythe. This role offers a balanced mix of individual tuition and whole-class delivery, supporting learners at all stages of their musical journey.
You will play an important part in developing both guitar and ukulele provision in the area, helping young musicians build strong foundations, develop their performance skills, and enjoy making music together. We are looking for an adaptable, engaging practitioner with strong musicianship and a passion for inspiring confident, creative players.

: 0.4 FTE inclusive of working hours for other duties - Work collaboratively with our team to build your lessons and create timetables that suit your lifestyle and allow for personal and professional growth.
- Travel expenses covered for work-related travel.

- Our team supports your professional growth and development through regular PDRs (Personal Development Reviews) and upskilling and CPD opportunities, including training in safeguarding, pedagogy, and skill sharing.
