Position: Teaching Assistant- Supporting Pupils with SEND- Part Time - Fixed Term
Location: Bethersden

We’re looking for someone who’s calm and warm, firm and fair, and ultimately, someone who will be a champion for our children. If this sounds like you and you think you have what it takes to become an effective member of our team, we would love to hear from you!

As a Teaching Assistant at Bethersden Primary School, you will primarily be supporting our children with SEND. This means developing strong working relationships, using a range of strategies tosupport learning, and working closely with our SENDCO and TA team, to ensure the best outcomes for all of our children.

We are willing to be flexilble for the right candidate- we are looking to appoint someone eitheron a contract of 20.5 hours a week Monday - Friday 8.30am - 12:30pm, (Monday, 8am start) term time only or, two full days a week term time only (13 hours a week). These timings also include 30 minutes of lunchtime supervision.

The contract is fixed term, until August 2026.
