We're seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join a construction company in Ashford, Kent. With excellent training and clear pathways for progression, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills and build a career with real growth potential.

Ashford, Kent (must have own transport due to location)

Salary: £27,000

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

• 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
• Company pension
• Regular overtime
• Free parking

• Working on commercial and residential sites.
• Assisting with other trades.
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy.
• Making good before signing jobs off.
• Working outside in all weather conditions.
• Loading and moving materials.
• Use of hand tools.

• Must have a FULL driving licence
• CSCS card, ideal but not essential
• Can do attitude and be willing to learn
• A strong work ethic and the drive to succeed
