This role coordinates with environmental teams to survey and monitor wildlife, water, and soil impacts while scheduling and overseeing activities in special-use airspace and restricted areas.

Job Summary:

• Issues control instructions to aircraft operating under visual and instrument flight rules combined to provide separation and assure the orderly and expeditious movement of aircraft departing, landing, approaching for landing, or flying within and between terminal areas.
• Controls movement of aircraft and vehicles in the movement areas of the airport by issuing landing or departing clearances as well as taxi clearances.
• Provides information such as weather and field conditions, and pertinent operating and procedural instructions, including clearances pilots need to operate aircraft efficiently.
• Relay messages concerning the operation and control of aircraft between pilots and other air traffic facilities
• Determines the most efficient departure order as well as arrival sequence.
• Maintains communication with aircraft and other air traffic centers.
• Monitors changes in weather conditions, wind, and visibility, and provide instructions to pilots regarding runway availability and clearance for takeoff or landing.
• Review requests for charting, airspace development and management.
• Procedures development and review, special events impacting the National Airspace System (NAS), and traffic management support.
• Ensure timelines and handbook requirements are met to support NAS Safety.

Job Summary:

• General cleaning of the hangar, inside and outside, ramp areas, runway, taxiways, and POL facility.
• Service all aircraft with proper fuel, refuel aircraft if within capabilities, remove snow and sweep ramps, taxiways and runways
