Division Foreman

As one of the nation's premier wall and ceiling specialty contractors, Precision Walls, Inc. (PWI) offers you an opportunity to join our team. We are seeking an experienced Division 10/12 Foreman in commercial work which includes but is not limited to toilet partitions, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher/cabinets, visual displays, wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items.

• Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories.
• Experience with all types and ranges of commercial items.
• Measures and marks surfaces to hang work according to blueprints and drawings.
• Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections.
• Ability to work independently on jobsites.
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers.
• Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations.
• Instructs and inspects quality installations.
• Identifies/resolves conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to roadblocks in plans.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
• Experience with baker scaffolding and ladders; safety-conscious.
• Positive attitude and commitment to acquiring trade knowledge and quality excellence.
• Compliant with safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction.
• Dependable transportation.
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
