• Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration systems and merchandisers, demonstrate operating knowledge with some guidance.
• Perform preventative maintenance, detect and repair leaks, replace motors, and perform system installation and repairs with some direction from senior technicians.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely, utilize handheld computers for paperwork and invoicing.
• Maintain truck inventory and adhere to vehicle maintenance guidelines.
• Develop and maintain customer relations and articulate equipment issues professionally.
• Understand electrical schematics and troubleshoot TEV systems.
• Demonstrate knowledge of refrigerant properties, system evacuation, and charging procedures.
• Handle refrigerants safely and perform additional assigned duties.

High School Diploma/GED required; HVAC-R Technical School Degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience or 3 years with certification. Valid driver’s license, physical ability to perform job duties, and EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
