Entry position available — no experience needed. Full‑time & part‑time, Monday–Sunday flexible schedule. Pay based on experience $16–20 per hour. PTO, uniform, paid training.

• Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
• Install dryer vent items, UV‑C components, and flexible duct work
• Apply antimicrobial coatings
• Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service
• Inspect own work at customer locations and ensure it is complete, thorough, and meets DUCTZ quality standards, and meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Work well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high level
• Properly use and maintain the DUCTZ service vehicle and other equipment

• 1 year of experience in a technical hands‑on field
• Experience in HVAC, restoration, construction, or other skilled trades is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Organized with good verbal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple functions at the same time
• Capable of working effectively as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work in high areas or confined spaces
• Driver’s license and insurance
• Background check

Compensation: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour.
