Renovation Remodel Carpenter

Overview

Innovex Renovations is Asheville's go-to when it comes to luxury remodels. We focus on condo work downtown but have a varied workload. We are looking for an experienced Carpenter/Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of proven experience and would have strong skills in math, basic geometry, tape reading, and on-the-fly calculations. They would be proficient in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and building specifications to ensure projects are completed accurately.

Our team values a commitment to top-notch quality, as evident in meticulous planning and execution of tasks. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to manage any technical assistants working under them. Tasks will vary across project phases, starting from precise demolition or full demo to framing, and encompassing finished work in framing, drywall, tile work, and final trim out.

• Demolition and framing work, progressing through to finished work in drywall, tile, and final trim out.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and building specifications to ensure accurate work.
• Manage and supervise technical assistants and ensure quality standards are met.

• Minimum 5 years of proven carpentry/trades experience.
• Proficient in math, basic geometry, tape reading, and on-the-fly calculations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and building specifications.
• Driver's License (Licenses/Certifications).
• Ability to commute to Asheville, NC; relocation to Asheville, NC may be required. Residence must be secured prior to start of work.

• Job Type: Full-time, overtime available
• Pay Rate: $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
• Hours: 40 per week; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM;
  Monday to Friday;
  No nights;
  Overtime available
• Work Location: On-site at the jobsite with our company headquarters in South Asheville
