These are experienced roles—not entry‑level. You'll work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver top-quality results.

• 4–7 years of electrical experience (5+ for senior roles)
• NC Limited License or City of Asheville Journeyman's Card (or equivalent, with willingness to obtain NC credentials within 6 months)
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Physical capability for lifting, bending, climbing, & color differentiation
• Leadership experience for senior roles

• Full-Time | Day Shift | 4-Day Work Week (10‑hour shifts)
• Overtime as needed
• $24–$34/hour (based on experience)
