• Install residential HVAC systems and related accessories
• Regularly crawl in attics and crawl spaces, climb ladders to rooftops, and work outdoors
• Educate customers about the equipment and accessories installed
• Communicate effectively and courteously with customers
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Ensure compliance with local building codes
• Learn and apply start-up and testing procedures for all installed equipment
• Perform brazing, properly size, and run piping according to manufacturer specifications
• Stay updated on the latest industry technologies and products
• Represent the company with professionalism, expertise, and a positive attitude
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs regularly as the job involves heavy lifting
• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification required
• All candidates must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with proof of safe driving practices (submitted via a recent DMV record)
