Position: HVAC Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: Asheville, NC and surrounding areas

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including inspections, cleaning, filter changes, and performance checks.
• Identify potential issues and communicate findings with customers and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every homeowner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
• Educate customers on system performance, recommended repairs, and maintenance benefits.
• Adhere to all safety policies, regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in clean and working condition.
• Support the service team with additional duties as assigned.

• 1+ year of residential HVAC experience preferred (maintenance experience strongly valued).
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC maintenance principles, system components, and airflow diagnostics.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
