This is a base plus commission position.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with businesses within the food industry. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell our range of imported food products, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
    Identify and target potential clients within the food industry, including food service distributors, prisons, foodbanks, retailers.
  • Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Promotion:
    Showcase the unique features and benefits of our imported food products, conducting product demonstrations and tastings as necessary.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Order Management:
    Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to order fulfillment, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to coordinate efforts and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required - we seek to find hard working individuals.
