Overview
The Firefly Realty Team is seeking a sales agent to become a member of our team. This role focuses on successfully assisting home buyers and/or sellers through each phase of their real estate journey. Key activities include generating and receiving leads, following up to convert leads, setting qualified appointments, using phone scripts, delivering client consultations, overcoming objections, efficiently identifying and touring properties, accurately pricing properties, assisting clients in decision-making, receiving, writing and communicating offers, negotiating contracts, and delivering top-notch customer service.
The successful sales specialist is committed to supporting the growth of the team and focuses on achieving increasing levels of success. Firefly Realty is based in Asheville, NC, and we are looking for agents in our area and beyond to join our team.
Responsibilities- Generate and receive leads, follow up to convert leads, and set qualified appointments.
- Use phone scripts, deliver client consultations, and overcome objections.
- Identify and tour properties, accurately price properties, and assist clients in decision-making.
- Receive, write, and communicate offers; negotiate contracts; and provide top-notch customer service.
