This full-time on-site role is based in Asheville, NC. The Fifth Third Retail employee will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients with daily banking needs, and promote Fifth Third products and services to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting customers with financial inquiries. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with customers and ensuring their financial needs are met through personalized solutions.

• Proficiency in Retail Sales and strong Product Knowledge to effectively recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and providing outstanding Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage with customers in a professional, respectful manner
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently to meet customer needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior banking or retail experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
