Assistant Manager – Palm Beach Tan

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. Immediate positions available.

• Complete required 5‑week manager‑training course with performance metrics
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop store staff
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Achieve self‑performance metrics and help employees meet theirs
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory, maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues

• Minimum 18 years of age
• At least 1 year supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Other duties as assigned

Starting pay $16.00 plus commission.
