• Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation; focus on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.
• Assist with omni-channel shopping experiences and contribute to loyalty programs and promotions as applicable.

• Guide the Customer through our BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier duties: use POS and store technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices visual and operational standards with a focus on the customer
• Product flow/shipping and receiving: support shipment processes and omni order fulfilment, including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
