• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees, working closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelves and displays to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, meeting defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs and occasional pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Asheville, SC (primary location) or within specified secondary locations (Henderson, SC | Brevard, SC).
• Schedule availability Monday – Friday.

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
