As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store. You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who maximizes daily operations, develops a strong team through coaching and training, makes tough strategic decisions to drive the business, delivers operational excellence, and maintains AEO Brand Standards. • You have a passion for driving results: driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience. You own the store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
• You're a business innovator: you own the controllable elements of the store's P&L, analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time, innovative business decisions to achieve financial goals.
• You're a people leader: recruiting, hiring and retaining a high-performing team; advocate for team development; encourage internal opportunities; ensure a clear career path with leadership development, performance feedback, individual development plans and annual reviews.

• Your store rocks AEO Brand Standards: maintain Visual Standards, own visual and merchandising processes, manage Floorsets, merchandise adjustments and replenishment, and ensure the team keeps the store guest-ready.
• Workforce Management: evaluate traffic, calendars and payroll reports to adjust schedules, keep payroll in check and leverage top talent to deliver an impeccable guest experience.
• Integrity is your middle name: demonstrate integrity in compensation decisions, meet Asset Protection Standards, follow AEO policies and do the right thing.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've led functional teams in a retail management role previously.
• You can multi-task with attention to detail; strong priority-setting and time management.

• You have a track record of effective communication and conflict management.
